CIRCULAR No.25/1997/TT-BGD&DT of December 31, 1997 guiding the implementation of Decree No.89-CP of August 7, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulation on organization of reception of citizens, to be implemented in the education and training service.

This Circular provides guidance on the organization of reception of citizens at the Ministry of Education and Training's office, the organization of reception of citizens at provincial/municipal education and training departments and at the schools attached to the Ministry.- (Summary)
