CIRCULAR

Guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 152/2006/ND-CP of December 22, 2006, guiding a number of articles of the Social Insurance Law regarding compulsory social insurance

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” replaces Circular No. 06/LD-TBXH-TT of April 4, 1995, Circular No. 07/2003/TT-BLDTBXH of March 12, 2003, and annuls Circular No. 12/2001/BLDTBXH-TT.- (Summary)
