In implementing Directive No. 18/ 1999/CT-TTg of July 1st, 1999 of the Prime Minister on a number of measures to complete the granting of certificates of the right to use agricultural, forestry and rural land by the year 2000, the General Land Administration and the Ministry of Finance provide guidance on the declaration of land-use right; on the granting of land-use right certificates in cities, provincial towns and district townships which have had planning on urban expansion as well as on the construction of industrial parks, population quarters and other infrastructure works; on the exemption of fee for granting land-use right certificates; and on fund for granting land-use right certificates.- (Summary)
