JOINT CIRCULAR No. 02/2004/TTLT-BBCVT-BNV of May 27, 2004 guiding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of the Post and Telematics Services under the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities Post and Telematics Services are professional agencies under the provincial People's Committees, assist and advise the provincial People's Committees on performing the State management over post, telecommunications, information technology, electronics, Internet, wave transmission and broadcasting, radio frequency and information infrastructure, and managing public services in post, telecommunications and information technology in their localities. They submit to the organizational, personnel and work management by the provincial People's Committees and concurrently submit to the professional direction and inspection by the Post and Telematics Ministry. This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and annuls all previous stipulations and guidance, which are contrary to this Circular.- (Summary) |
