CIRCULAR No. 05/1999/TT-BXD of July 26, 1999 guiding the calculation of land use levies in support of people with meritorious service to the revolution according to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 118/TTg of February 27, 1996 To remove a number of obstacles in the calculation of supportive land use levies, the Ministry of Construction issued the said Circular guiding in detail the implementation of a number of articles of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 118/TTg of February 27, 1996 on the support for people with meritorious service to the revolution to improve their dwelling houses.- (Summary)
