CIRCULAR No. 07/2001/TT-BTC of January 18, 2001 guiding the allocation, use and settlement of funding for the application of contractual regime to a number of jobs in State administrative agencies and public-service units

The State administrative agencies and public-service units shall apply the contractual regime to a number of jobs prescribed in Article 1 of the Government’s Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP of November 17, 2000. This Circular also guides the payment estimation; the allocation, use and settlement of funding for contractual payment.- (Summary)
