CIRCULAR No. 06/2003/TT-BLDTBXH of February 19, 2003 guiding the adjustment of pension and social insurance subsidy levels under the Government’s Decree No. 03/2003/ND-CP of January 15, 2003

Subject to the adjustment of pension and social insurance subsidy levels are:

- Pensioners;

- Working capacity loss subsidy beneficiaries;

- Rubber worker subsidy beneficiaries;

- Illness, maternity, labor accident, occupational disease and death allowance subsidy beneficiaries;

- Commune and ward officials who stop working and enjoy subsidies.

This Circular guides the adjustment of pension and social insurance subsidy levels for the above-said subjects.- (Summary)
