JOINT CIRCULAR

Guiding invoices and documents for imported goods which are circulated in the market

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Joint Circulars No. 94/2003/TTLT-BTC-BTM-BCA of October 8, 2003, of the Finance Ministry, the Trade Ministry and the Public Security Ministry, and No. 10/1998/TTLT-BTM-BTC-BCA-TCHQ of July 22, 1998, of the Finance Ministry, the Trade Ministry, the Public Security Ministry and the General Department of Customs; the Trade Ministry’s Circular No. 22/1999/TT-BTM of June 28, 1999, and the Trade Minister’s Decision No. 106/2003/QD-BTM of January 27, 2003.- (Summary)
