Establishing the National Institute of Dermato-Venereology under the Health Ministry

Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its signing, the National Institute of Dermato-Venereology is established on the basis of the Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of Bach Mai Hospital.- (Summary)
