DECISION No. 81/2003/QD-TTg of April 29, 2003 establishing Hung Vuong University To establish Hung Vuong University on the basis of Phu Tho Teachers Training College. This University is attached to the Peoples Committee of Phu Tho province, has the legal person status and is subject to the State management over education and training by the Ministry of Education and Training. It is tasked to: - Train officials of university or lower degrees to meet the demands for human resources of Phu Tho province and neighboring provinces; - Conduct scientific research and apply scientific advances in service of socio-economic development.- (Summary)
