DECISION No. 174/2003/QD-TTg of August 20, 2003 establishing Ho Chi Minh City Banking University To establish Ho Chi Minh City Banking University on the basis of the Ho Chi Minh city-based branch of the Banking Institute. Ho Chi Minh City Banking University is attached to the State Bank of Vietnam, has the legal person status.
