DECISION

Establishing, and defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of, the Management Board for Development Investment of Phu Quoc island, Kien Giang province

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and annuls Clauses 3 and 5, Article 26 of the Regulation on organization and operation of Phu Quoc island and Nam An Thoi archipelago, Kien Giang province, promulgated together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 38/2006/QD-TTg of February 14, 2006.- (Summary)
