DECISION No. 33/2004/QD-BNN of July 30, 2004 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Southern Plant Protection Center The Southern Plant Protection Center is a plant protection non-business unit under the Plant Protection Department, having the legal person status, its own seal, operation funding and bank accounts. The Center is headquartered in Long Dinh commune, Chau Thanh district, Tien Giang province, and operates in the provinces from Ninh Thuan southward.
