DECISION No. 29/2004/QD-BNN of July 30, 2004 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of Region-IX Plant Quarantine Sub-Department Region-IX Plant Quarantine Sub-Department is an unit under the Plant Protection Department, functioning to perform the State management over plant quarantine, having the legal person status, its own seal, operation funding and bank accounts.
