DECISION No. 23/2004/QD-BNN of July 30, 2004 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of Region-III Plant Quarantine Sub-Department Region-III Plant Quarantine Sub-Department is an unit under the Plant Protection Department, functioning to perform the State management over plant quarantine, having the legal person status, its own seal, operation funding and bank accounts. The Sub-Department is headquartered at 146 Hoang Dieu street, Da Nang city, and operates in Da Nang city and Quang Tri, Thua Thien-Hue, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai provinces.
