DECISION No. 36/2004/QD-BNN of July 30, 2004 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of Post-Import Plant Quarantine Center I

Post-Import Plant Quarantine Center I is a post-import plant quarantine non-business unit under the Plant Protection Department, having the legal person status, its own seal, operation funding and bank accounts.

The Center is headquartered in Dong Ngac commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi, and operates in the provinces from Thua Thien-Hue northward.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
