DECISION No. 03/2005/QD-BTNMT of June 17, 2005, defining the functions, tasks and powers of the Legal Department

The Legal Department functions to assist the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment in performing state management by law; organize the legislation work; evaluate, review and systemize legal documents; conduct law dissemination and education; and examine the implementation of legal documents within the Ministrys state management.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO" and replaces Decision No. 58/2002/QD-BTNMT of December 24, 2002.- (Summary)
