DECISION No. 76/2003/QD-TTg of April 29, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the Peoples Committee of Lang Son province in the 2002-2005 period Enterprises whose 100% charter capital continues to be held by the State and whose legal person status remains unchanged till 2005: 1 public-utility enterprise and 9 business enterprises; 8 forestry farms shall be kept intact pending new undertakings. In 2002: 1 enterprise was transformed into one-member limited liability company; 1 was transformed into public-utility enterprise; 13 were merged into 4 other enterprises; 3 were equitized; 1 was dissolved; and 1 local enterprise was transferred to the central level for management. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their total shares: 3 in 2003 and 2 in 2004. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding shares at low rates or holding no shares: 9 in 2003, 2 in 2004 and 2 in 2005.- (Summary)
