DECISION No. 78/2003/QD-TTg of April 29, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the Peoples Committee of Da Nang city in the 2003-2005 period Enterprises whose 100% charter capital continues to be held by the State and whose legal person status remains unchanged till 2005: 2 public-utility enterprises and 14 business enterprises. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their charter capital: 2 in 2003, 2 in 2004 and 2 in 2005. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding under 50% of their charter capital or holding no shares: 2 in 2003, 1 in 2004 and 1 in 2005. Enterprises to be merged: 2 in 2003.
