DECISION No. 165/2002/QD-TTg of November 21, 2002 approving the master plan for reorganization and renewal of State enterprises of Kon Tum province in the 2002-2005 period Under the approved plan, the State shall continue to hold 100% of charter capital in one public-utility enterprise and 15 business enterprises. Enterprises subject to reorganization include. 6 enterprises to be merged to other, 8 enterprises to be equitized, 1 enterprise to effect the business contracting, 1 enterprise to be transferred from other locality, 1 enterprise to be dissolved and 1 enterprises to be declared bankrupt.- (Summary)
