DECISION No. 200/2001/QD-TTg of December 28, 2001 approving the general planning on conservation, renovation and development of the value of Con Dao Historical Relics, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province

The planning’s objectives are:

- To preserve and renovate Con Dao Historical Relics as a cultural and revolutionary heritage of the nation.

- To exploit and develop the value of Con Dao Historical Relics in the most efficient manner, coordinate with socio-economic development programs and tourist-historical-cultural-biological development programs, thus contributing to raising the spiritual and material life of people in Con Dao district.

The planning also clearly states the investment contents, implementation solutions, and investment capital.- (Summary)
