DECISION No. 137/2000/QD-TTg of November 28, 2000 assigning the doctor- training task to the Architectural Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction To assign the doctor-training task to the Architectural Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction. The Ministry of Education and Training shall assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment and the Ministry of Construction in stipulating majors of doctor-training to the Architectural Research Institute.- (Summary)
