DECISION No. 104/2002/QD-TTg of July 30, 2002 amalgamating the Committee for External Affairs and the Committee for Frontier Issues into the Committee for External and Frontier Affairs, and establishing the Nationalities Committee, Lai Chau province To amalgamate the Committee for External Affairs and the Committee for Frontier Issues into the Committee for External and Frontier Affairs; and to establish the Nationalities Committee under the People’s Committee of Lai Chau province. The president of the People’s Committee of Lai Chau province shall define the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the above-said two Committees.- (Summary)
