DECISION No. 21/2002/QD-TTg of January 28, 2002 approving the Agreement on cultural and educational cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Argentina The Prime Minister approved the agreement on cultural and educational cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Argentina, concluded in Buenos Aires on December 7, 2000; and assigned the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to carry out the external procedures for the approval and notify agencies of the effective date of the agreement.- (Summary)
