DECISION No. 47/2004/QD-TTg of March 29, 2004 approving the 2004 key trade promotion programs This Decision approves the 2004 key trade promotion programs and units responsible for performance of schemes of such programs. The Trade Minister is authorized to approve specific schemes of the 2004 key trade promotion programs and notify the scheme owners thereof for implementation; adjust or supplement contents of the schemes without increasing approved funding; consider and permit continued performance of long-term schemes approved in 2003 (under the Prime Minister's Decisions No. 57/2003/QD-TTg of April 14, 2003 and No. 253/2003/QD-TTg of November 25, 2003).
