DECREE

Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 57/2005/ND-CP of April 27, 2005, on the sanctioning of administrative violations in the domain of plant varieties

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” annulling Articles 14 and 15 of Decree No. 57/2005/ND-CP.- (Summary)
