DECREE

Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 09/2005/ND-CP of January 27, 2005, on the sanctioning of administrative violations in the domain of inland waterway transport, and Decree No. 44/2006/ND-CP of April 25, 2006, on the sanctioning of administrative violations in the domain of railway transport

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
