CIRCULAR No.48-TC/VI of July 26, 1997 amending a number of points in Circular No.10-TC/VI of January 24, 1995 of the Ministry of Finance on guidances and use of various sources of fund mentioned in Directive No.426-TTg of the Prime Minister. To amend Point 2, Item 2, Part III on the amount of money to be deducted for the establishment of the public welfare funds, the reward funds of the entire branch and the use thereof. To amend Point 4, Item 2, Part III on the amount of money to be deducted as rewards to agencies, units and individuals outside the branch that have coordinated with the Customs in fulfilling the collection of import tax and fighting against smuggling.- (Summary)
