Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform
No. 8
Re: Hoarding Prohibition


Whereas the objective of the Council for Democratic Reform in taking control over the State Administration is to restore national public order and prosperity and fair trading of all goods, no person shall conduct hoarding or increasing prices of all goods. Any person who violates such prohibition shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of not exceeding 2 years or to a fine of not exceeding 400,000 Baht, or to both.
