Re: Local Political Groups Required to Stop Their Movement


Whereas the Martial Law has come into force by the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform as from the 19th September B.E. 2549 (2006) and there is the Announcement No. 7, dated 20th September B.E. 2549 (2006), Re: Prohibition for Political Movement, prohibiting meeting or political activities at any place by at least not less than 5 persons; and whereas there is a movement, at the present time, of members of Tambon Administrative Organisation, Changwat Administrative Organisation and other organizations, both for supporting or objecting the performance of the Council for Democratic Reform. Such movement however may cause problems and obstructions for the Administration of the State affairs and may lead to social disunited. The Council for Democratic Reform hereby announces that all groups are required to stop their movement and political assembly until the situation of the country is back to normal which shall be announced later by the Council for Democratic Reform.

Whoever violates such requirement shall be punished without defence.
