Re: The Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform Acting as the National Assembly, the House of Representatives or the Senate

For the continuation of the State Administration during the vacancy of the House of Representatives and the Senate, the Council for Democratic Reform hereby announces as follows:

In the case where the law prescribes that the approval of the National Assembly, the House of Representatives or the Senate shall be given to any matter, the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform shall have the power to approve such matter in place of the National Assembly, the House of Representatives or the Senate as the case may be.
