An Act to amend the ^{^[2]}Indian Registration Act, 1908, in its application to the Punjab

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1. Short title.— This Act may be called the ^{^[3]}Indian Registration (Punjab Amendment) Act, 1911.

2. Amendment of section 22 of Act XVI of 1908.— The Indian Registration Act, 1908 shall, in its application to the Punjab, be amended as follows:-

In sub-section (1) of section 22 of the said Act, the words “not being houses in towns” shall be omitted.
