GOVERNMENT OF MONGOLIA RESOLUTION

Approving the List

Based on Point 10, Paragraph 2, Article 9, of the Value Added Tax Law and Paragraph 1, Article 21, of the Customs Tariff Law, the Government of Mongolia DECREES as follows:

1. Approve the list of sectors with primary significance for foreign investments as attached herewith;

2. Assign Ch. Ganzorig, Minister for Industry and Trade, and Ch. Ulaan, Minister for Finance and Economy, to prepare and approve a list of equipment and heavy mechanisms to be assembled, installed and used for the technological purpose as well as sectors, specified in the List, according to the codes of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System.
