ACT ON STANDARD TIME

The standard time shall be determined with the meridian of 135 degrees east longitude set as the standard meridian: Provided, that the time may be adjusted for a certain period of a year as prescribed by Presidential Decree, in order to implement the summer time. ADDENDA (No. 3919, Dec. 31, 1986>

(Enforcement Date) This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. (Abolished Act) The Act on Change of Standard Meridian shall be hereby abolished.
