第三条　傍系親族(ぼうけいしんぞく) : collateral relative傍系親族間又は(または) : or又は姻族(いんぞく) : relative by affinity姻族間の扶養義務(ふようぎむ) : duty to support, maintenance obligation扶養義務は、扶養義務者(ふようぎむしゃ) : person under duty to support扶養義務者が、当事者(とうじしゃ) : party当事者の共通本国法(ほんごくほう) : one's national law本国法によれば扶養(ふよう) : support[原則], maintenance[扶養料を意味する場合]扶養権利(けんり) : right権利者に対して扶養(ふよう) : support[原則], maintenance[扶養料を意味する場合]扶養をする義務(ぎむ) : obligation[原則] / 義務のないこと, duty[権利と対比される義務] / 業務を執行する社員は、善良な管理者の注意をもって、その職務を行う義務を負う。義務を負わないことを理由として異議(いぎ) : objection[原則], opposition[「登録異議」など手続について"opposition"を使う場合]異議を述べたときは、前条(ぜんじょう) : immediately preceding Article, the preceding Article前条の規定(きてい) : provision規定にかかわらず、その(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その法(ほう) : Act[法律名に使う場合の原則] / 商標法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 民法: 刑法: 商法: 民事訴訟法: 刑事訴訟法, Law[いわゆる一般名称や科目名としての法律]法によつて定める。当事者(とうじしゃ) : party当事者の共通本国法(ほんごくほう) : one's national law本国法がない場合において、扶養義務者(ふようぎむしゃ) : person under duty to support扶養義務者が、その(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その者の常居所(じょうきょしょ) : habitual residence常居所地法(ほう) : Act[法律名に使う場合の原則] / 商標法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 民法: 刑法: 商法: 民事訴訟法: 刑事訴訟法, Law[いわゆる一般名称や科目名としての法律]法によれば扶養(ふよう) : support[原則], maintenance[扶養料を意味する場合]扶養権利(けんり) : right権利者に対して扶養(ふよう) : support[原則], maintenance[扶養料を意味する場合]扶養をする義務(ぎむ) : obligation[原則] / 義務のないこと, duty[権利と対比される義務] / 業務を執行する社員は、善良な管理者の注意をもって、その職務を行う義務を負う。義務を負わないことを理由として異議(いぎ) : objection[原則], opposition[「登録異議」など手続について"opposition"を使う場合]異議を述べたときも、同様とする(どうようとする) : the same shall apply to同様とする。

Article 3　(1)　Notwithstanding the : 当該(とうがい)the provision : 規定(きてい), 支給(しきゅう)[物], 条項(じょうこう)provisions of the preceding Article : 前条(ぜんじょう)the preceding Article, a support : 応援(おうえん), 応援する(おうえんする), 支援(しえん), 扶助(ふじょ), 扶養(ふよう)[原則], 援助(えんじょ)support obligation : 義務(ぎむ)[原則] / no obligation to perform, 債務(さいむ)[債務一般の場合]obligation between collateral relative : 傍系親族(ぼうけいしんぞく)collateral relatives or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor between relative : 親族(しんぞく)relatives by marriage : 婚姻(こんいん)marriage shall be : とする(とする)shall be governed by the : 当該(とうがい)the law of their common nationality : 国籍(こくせき) / loss of nationalitynationality if the : 当該(とうがい)the support : 応援(おうえん), 応援する(おうえんする), 支援(しえん), 扶助(ふじょ), 扶養(ふよう)[原則], 援助(えんじょ)support obligor : 債務者(さいむしゃ)[債権一般の場合] / A request for performance made to one joint and several obligor shall also be effective with respect to other joint and several obligor(s)obligor object : 物(もの)[有体物], 物件(ぶっけん), 目的物(もくてきぶつ)objects on the : 当該(とうがい)the grounds : 根拠(こんきょ)grounds that : 当該(とうがい)that he/she does not owe a support : 応援(おうえん), 応援する(おうえんする), 支援(しえん), 扶助(ふじょ), 扶養(ふよう)[原則], 援助(えんじょ)support obligation : 義務(ぎむ)[原則] / no obligation to perform, 債務(さいむ)[債務一般の場合]obligation to the : 当該(とうがい)the support : 応援(おうえん), 応援する(おうえんする), 支援(しえん), 扶助(ふじょ), 扶養(ふよう)[原則], 援助(えんじょ)support obligee : 債権者(さいけんしゃ)[債権一般の場合] / If an obligor fails to perform consistent with the purpose of its obligation, the obligee shall be entitled to demand damages arising from such failureobligee under : に満たない(にみたない)[年齢の場合] / a person under 14 years of age, 未満(みまん)[年齢の場合] / a person under 18 years of ageunder said : 当該(とうがい) / said documentsaid law of common nationality : 国籍(こくせき) / loss of nationalitynationality. 第四条　離婚(りこん) : divorce離婚をした当事者(とうじしゃ) : party当事者間の扶養義務(ふようぎむ) : duty to support, maintenance obligation扶養義務は、第二条(じょう) : Article / 第１条: 第１条の２, Art. / 第１条: 第１条の２条の規定(きてい) : provision規定にかかわらず、その(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その離婚(りこん) : divorce離婚について適用(てきよう) : application適用された法(ほう) : Act[法律名に使う場合の原則] / 商標法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 民法: 刑法: 商法: 民事訴訟法: 刑事訴訟法, Law[いわゆる一般名称や科目名としての法律]法によつて定める。

Article 4　(1)　Notwithstanding the : 当該(とうがい)the provision : 規定(きてい), 支給(しきゅう)[物], 条項(じょうこう)provisions of Article : 条(じょう) / Article 1: Article 1-2Article 2, the : 当該(とうがい)the obligation : 義務(ぎむ)[原則] / no obligation to perform, 債務(さいむ)[債務一般の場合]obligation of support : 応援(おうえん), 応援する(おうえんする), 支援(しえん), 扶助(ふじょ), 扶養(ふよう)[原則], 援助(えんじょ)support between divorce : 離婚(りこん), 離婚する(りこんする)divorced parties shall be : とする(とする)shall be governed by the : 当該(とうがい)the law which governed their divorce : 離婚(りこん), 離婚する(りこんする)divorce.

第八条　外国(がいこく) : foreign state / 外国において外国刑の確定裁判を受けその執行として拘禁されている日本国民等, foreign country / 外国の法令外国法(ほう) : Act[法律名に使う場合の原則] / 商標法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 民法: 刑法: 商法: 民事訴訟法: 刑事訴訟法, Law[いわゆる一般名称や科目名としての法律]法によるべき場合において、その(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その規定(きてい) : provision規定の適用(てきよう) : application適用が明らかに公の秩序に反するときは、これを適用(てきよう) : application適用しない。

Article 8　(1)　Where foreign law shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall govern, if the : 当該(とうがい)the application : 出願(しゅつがん), 申請(しんせい), 適用(てきよう), 登録出願(とうろくしゅつがん), 申立て(もうしたて), 申立書(もうしたてしょ)application of the : 当該(とうがい)the provision : 規定(きてい), 支給(しきゅう)[物], 条項(じょうこう)provisions of the : 当該(とうがい)the foreign law would be manifestly contrary to public : 公益の(こうえきの), 公衆(こうしゅう), 公開の(こうかいの)public order : 順序(じゅんじょ), 発注(はっちゅう), 発注する(はっちゅうする), 命ずる(めいずる), 順位(じゅんい)[原則], 命令(めいれい) / summary order, 命令する(めいれいする), 決定(けってい)[裁判形式としての「決定」]order, it shall not : してはならない(してはならない) / the authority shall not be construed as …: no person shall …shall not apply : 出願する(しゅつがんする), 申請する(しんせいする), 適用する(てきようする), 申し立てる(もうしたてる)apply.
