The
municipal government' s report, which is about the handling
scheme of comprehensively rectifying
the charging problems of
highways and tunnels in Shenzhen municipality, is heard and
discussed
at the 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the
Third Shenzhen Municipal People' s Congress.
It is concluded at the meeting that the municipal
government attaches great importance to the handling of the
proposal, which is about the comprehensive rectification of
charging problems of highways and tunnels
in this municipality
and put forward by the third meeting of the third Shenzhen
Municipal People'
s Congress, and that the handling scheme is
feasible. The preliminary examination report, which is submitted
by the working committee of economic and is about the handling
scheme of the proposal of comprehensively
rectifying the
charging problems of highways and tunnels in this municipality,
is agreed at the
meeting. A decision is made to approve the
handling scheme.

It
is pointed out at the meeting that the comprehensive
rectification of charging problems of highways
and tunnels in
this municipality is very important to
improve and optimize the investment environment, accelerate the
construction of physical distribution
center city, lighten the
burdens of enterprises or the masses and promote the economic
and social
developments. The governments at all levels and
relevant departments shall fully realize the importance and arduousness
of the comprehensive rectification, take action
positively, earnestly pay close attention to and do a good job
on the managerial system
reformation of highways and tunnels in
this municipality, and advance the managerial system reformation
of highways and tunnels in this municipality all-around.

It is required at the meeting that the municipal government
shall earnestly carry out every rectification plan and measure
put forward in the proposal, finish the cancellation
of the
original toll station of non-speedway or tunnel and the
construction of newly established
toll station in 2 years,
earnestly carry out the responsibility system
of proposal handling, make the detailed working timetable more
definite, ensure the capital
input of the system reformation of
highway or tunnel investment or financing, pay close attention
to every implementation work of the handling scheme, earnestly
strengthen the supervision and inspection on rectification,
strictly carry out every rectification plan and improve the
efficiency of rectification. |
