Tariffs Committee of the State Council Circular on Continuing Imposing Temporary Export Tariffs on Carbamide

No. 1 [2005] of the Tariffs Commission of the State Council

General Administration of Customs:

For the purpose of ensuring the supply of agricultural production fertilizer, Customs Tariffs Committee, authorized by the State Council, shall continue to impose export tariffs on Carbamide (HS31021000) for ordinary trade and border petty trade. The imposition of tariffs is from April 1, 2005 to June 30, 2005. The duty rate is RMB 260 yuan per ton.
