Order No.459 [2006] of The State Council

Provisions of the State Council concerning Imposition of Agricultural Tax on Agricultural Specialty Income promulgated by Order No.143 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China on January 30, 1994 shall be nullified and abolished as of February 17,2006. Imposition of tobacco tax in the Provisions shall be prescribed otherwise.

Provisional Regulations on Animal Slaughter Tax approved in the 63rd Session of the Government Administration Council on December 15, 1950 and promulgated on December 19 shall be nullified and repealed simultaneously.
