Major Contents: This circular stipulates the necessity of fully understanding the solemn disciplines, while emphasizing that all judges are required to practically improve disciplinary consciousness, and to use strict and impartial law and discipline to restrict and regulate their functions and conduct. This circular also supervises towards healthy inspection and supervision system to firmly grab hold for practicality, reinforce leadership responsibility system, supervise one level after another, and seriously investigate and punish relevant issues such as cases in violation of the law and discipline, and the scope of application of this circular.
