Circular of China Securities Regulatory Commission on Repealing the Interim Measures for the Administration of Convertible Corporate Bonds

No. 42 [2006] of China Securities Regulatory Commission

Upon the approval of the State Council, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Convertible Corporate Bonds, which were permitted by the State Council on March 8, 1997 and promulgated by the Securities Commission of the State Council on March 25, 1997, shall be repealed on May 8, 2006.
