[Article 1] Agency Fee:

The Agency Fee chargeable by this Agency on the Entrusting Party, the Second Entrusting Party, or the Oweners of time-chartered ships falls under the following categories:

(1) Agency Fee on ship:

RMB 0.20 per ship's NRT or per tug's horse power, entry and departure to be charged separately (but for cruising ships and other ships that call without loading/discharging of cargo and/or embarking/disembarking of passengers, entry and departure to be counted as one time; fraction of a ton to be counted as one ton, same applicable hereinafter), minimum fee RMB 100.00 for each entry or departure.

(2) Agency Fee on cargo:

On the basis of tons of cargo, whether in container or not, loaded/disharged. (fraction of a ton to be counted as one ton, same applicable hereinafter):

(3) Agency Fee on container and chassis or bogie:

On the basis of the number of containers loaded/discharged, RMB 5.00 per container of 20 feet or under, and RMB 7.00 per container over 20 feet. RMB 3.00 to be added per container with chassis or bogie.

(4) Agency Fee on passenger:

RMB 4.00 per passenger embarking/disembarking passenger ship and per tourist on cruising ship, minimum fee RMB 400.00 per cruising ship. For passenger's registered luggage, RMB 1,00 per article (each with in 50 kilograms and 0.5 cubic metres, charge for weight or measurement in excess thereof to be open-rated).

(5) Agency Fee on Second Entrusting Party:

RMB 0.10 per ton of cargo loaded/discharged, minimum fee RMB 100.00; maximum fee no tankers carrying crude oil RMB 500.00.

(6) Agency Fee on Owners of time-chartered ship:

RMB 500.00 per trip to be collected from Owners.

[Article II] Handling Charges:

The following handling charges are to be collected from the Entrusting Party or other parties concerned:

(1) Arranging shipments and/or booking space: 5% on total amount of freight (including various surcharges, same applicable hereinafter).

(2) Computing or collecting freight:

1% on total amount of freight chargeable respectively. (No charge to be made in case handling charge for arranging shipments and booking space has been collected).

(3) Booking international sea passages:

5% on passage fare.

(4) Attending to purchase/sale of ships and handing/taking-over of ships sold/purchased:

1% on ship's selling price to be collected from the seller, and RMB 800.00 per ship handed/taken-over from the Entrusting party.

(5) Attending to chartering ships and delivery/redelivery of time-chartered ships:

5% on the total amount of charter hire or freight to be collected from the party letting out the ship, and RMB 400.00 per delivery or redelivery of time-chartered ship from the Entrusting Party.

(6) Attending to settlement of ship's demurrage/despatch money:

5% on demurrage/despatch money per trip from the recipient, maximum charge RMB 3,000.00, minimum charge RMB 20.00 per trip.

(7) Attending to marine casulaties:

A: 2% on the liabilities and/or salvage from the Entrusting Party, maximum charge RMB 50,000.00; minimum charge RMB 30.00 (For cases where no liabilities incurred after settlement, RMB 30.00 to be collected).

B: Attending to procedure for General Average Security, RMB 5.00 per Bill of Lading to be collected from the Entrusting Party.

(8) Attending to procedure for ships passing through Quingzhou (Hainan) Strait RMB 300.00 per passage to be collected from the Entrusting Party.

(9) Escorting fee:

RMB 20.00 per guide/day for attending to medical treatment, replacement or repatriation of crew member(s) or for sightseeing. The rate to be doubled on Sundays and holidays.

[Article III] Miscellaneous service charges:

1% on the total amount of port disbursement (excluding Agency Fee and Handling Charges collected by this Agency).

IV. Charges not otherwise enumerated are to be fixed by this Agency as occasion requires.

All the rates herein enumerated are to be computed in RMB and accounts to be settled in foreign currencies at the official rates of exchange quoted by the Bank of China.
